Do you have an unpublished biography of a pioneer Nevada County family? Webmaster welcomes SHORT biographies of historic figures in this county. They do not have to be rich and famous. In the list (above) is the founder of PG&E as well as a high school principal. All biographies must be accomanied by source citations --eg obituaries, vital records, diaries etc. (No oral histories or copyrighted material, please.)

Submit brief summary by email to Marilou West Ficklin, Webmaster . If appropriate to the site, webmaster will send instructions on how to submit the biography. Acceptance of the actual biography will depend on quality of source documentation and brevity. Photos especially welcome.
