Cemeteries ~ Mortuaries ~ Coroner and Funeral Records ~ Obituaries ~
Newspapers.
There are historic old rural Cemeteries in Stockon and around
the Delta, I was able to find a lot of FS Films for them. There is
also a nice selection of Mortuary Records which are very helpful in
locating other family members. Of particular interest may be the JS
Godeau Funeral Home. The 'Parent' Company is located in San Francisco,
but had a branch in Stockton. Records go back to the 1890's.
