IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF MODOC

In the matter of the estate of Albert C. STREIG, also known as Albert STREIG, Deceased

Order confirming sale of real and personal property Frederick STREIG, executor of the last will and of the Estate of Albert C. STREIG also known as Albert STREIG, deceased, having filed herein a return of his proceedings under the order of sale heretofore made herein on the 6th day of April, 1915 and said matter coming on regularly for hearing, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the proofs adduced that the clerk has given notice of the time and place of the hearing of said return for the time and in the manner required by law and the order of this court, and it further appearing from the proofs adduced that pursunt to said order of sale said executor caused notice of the time and place of said sale to be posted in three of the most public places in said Modoc County, being the county in which the land ordered to be sold was situated, and to be published in the Surprise Valley record, a weekly newspaper printed and published in said Modoc County, for four successive weeks next proceeding said sale, in which order of sale and notice the lands and tenements to be sold were described with common certainty, as follows, to wit: an undivided one half interest in and to lot seven of Block "J" of the town of Lake city, Modoc county, California, also the personal property belonging to said estate:

That at such sale W. M. PAINTER became the purchaser of said real estate for the sum of $50.00 he being the highest and best bidder and said sum being the highest and best sum bid;

That the various items of personal property belonging to said estate were sold to the persons for the sum set out in the said return;

That said sale was legally made and fairly conducted, that the sums bid for the various items of real and personal property are not disproporitionate to the value of the articles sold and that a larger sum cannot be obtained, it is therefore, ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said sales be, and the same hereby are confirmed, approved and declared valid and the said Executor hereby directed to execute and deliver to the aforesaid purchaser of said real estate a proper and legal and allowed herein,
