HORSE MOUNTAIN (Emergency) SCHOOL

Horse Mountain Emergency School was established in 1943 at Howard's Mill on Horse Mountain as a part of the Upper Lake Union School District. The school was abandoned in 1955 as the mill was not operating at full capacity.
