Diamond Crest Cemetery is located in Johnstonville, five miles east of Susanville. The cemetery was established by Lassen County in 1959. It is the largest of all county cemeteries and is the most used cemetery present-day. No survey is planned, since records of those individuals buried here are accessed from county records with ease. Of course, we will never turn down a cemetery survey and if a volunteer is willing to survey this cemetery, we will be extremely grateful.
